Every volunteer completes the WLTH orientation before their first serve. Additional training may be assigned for coaching, crisis, or specialized care roles.
WLTH and partner organizations define coverage by opportunity type. Team leaders will confirm the expectations, supervision, and safety process for each serve.
Yes, many opportunities are team-friendly. Some roles have age or screening requirements, so register each adult volunteer separately.
